1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing processapps.info, you agree to comply with these terms and all rules and policies incorporated by reference.
2. Services
processapps provides customized consulting and deployment services to enhance operational workflows and reporting processes. Services are delivered based on a project scope defined in a separate agreement.
3. Info Products
Our info products include digital guides, templates, and training materials designed to support process optimization. Info products are delivered via download to a designated user account.
4. Goods
processapps may offer physical items such as branded accessories or equipment designed to complement our solutions. Goods are shipped to the address provided at the time of order.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
Requests for reimbursement of service fees must be submitted at least seven days prior to the agreed start date. Approved reimbursements will be processed by issuing a credit to the original payment method within 14 business days. Service engagements may be rescheduled upon mutual agreement free of charge.
5.2 Info Products
Due to the nature of digital delivery, info products are not eligible for reimbursement once access credentials or download links have been provided. In exceptional cases, processapps may issue a credit toward another info product if requested within 14 days of purchase and no download activity is detected.
5.3 Goods
Customers may ship back goods in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, processapps will issue a reimbursement to the original payment method and cover reasonable shipping costs. Please contact us via the contact form to initiate this process.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, processapps shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our offerings.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law provisions.
